all ideas welcome as last 24hours not managed to keep anything down. Upset Doc says just to keep trying to eat stuff but I stil get to say Goodbye to it.

feel for u hun really do, i had it bad too i still am not back to my pre preg weight yet as i was being sick till aout 17 weeks, i tried allsorts and nothing worked for me, was glad when it finally stopped lol am 21 weeks nearly now and eating like a horse lol soon put the weight bk on , all i can say is hope it settles soon x

morning sickness starts the second you sit up in bed!! so they suggest keeping biskits or crakers next to your bed (something dry yet nourishing) and before you get out of bed, eat a few - your morning sikness will soon stop! i had it really bad but as son as i got to around 14wks it just stopped - altho i never tried any methods to prevent it so icant gaurantee how well it works!
my midwife told me to drink at least a pint of milk in a morning too - that did help,as i was then only sick when i brushed my teeth!
