I'm not a good example, as Rob and I gave up properly for quite a few months when we got together, but a couple of months ago I was getting terrible cravings and ended up having one at the pub. Since then I have one or two most times I go to the pub.

Luckily this is only every couple of weeks so it works out between 1 and 4 cigarettes a month, but it's still too many! The best way to give up is to avoid temptation so make sure you're not around anyone who smokes. Hopefully for me once the total ban comes in, in July, I won't be tempted as nobody in the pubs will be smoking.
