Fruit teas

I'm not a person that often uses all these faddy things but at the end of my tether feeling run down,tired,depressed,etc I couldn't find anything else to help. So I've started drinking fruit teas which you can get quite cheap from health food shops. They will tell you on the packet what they are each for. I've found Lemon Balm good for my moods but there are many other good ones,give them a try Very happy

You're right - I love herbal teas. Peppermint is great for digesting your food after you've eaten, and lemon & ginger is really warming. Plus no milk means no fat, and no caffeine either! Very happy

enchinecea (sp?) is good for your immune system (i think)

My mum only drinks green tea, or green tea with enchinecea. My sister likes the white tea

Ive never tried these before might have a go im sure MIL got some sorta frioty tea in the kitchen.

I've heard peppermint should be avoided in pregnancy but I can't remember why, doh.
