BAD PMS!!!

Hi just wondered if anyone had any thing they swear by to keep PMS at bay? I've been suffering really badly since my periods started again after having George. I've also found they have been late and irregular which they never were before. I've had an ultrasound at the beginning of the year because of a cyst that was found on my right ovary during a scan at 5 weeks pregnant with George but it had gone.

I've had screaming hissy fits, terrible mood swings and felt so down on occasion I've cried myself to sleep!Sad Face

I've tried evening primrose oil but it didn't seem to make a difference, I've tried to have relaxing baths but sometimes its not possible with 2 kids Suspect

I need to do something for my DH's and kids sanity as well as mine. The poor mites are getting their heads bitten off at the slightest little thing when I'm suffering and it's not fair! I don't want them to be scared of me Crying

Hehe I must admit that has crossed my mind, or just packing my bags for a few days and getting a bit of peace but then I'd probably miss them lol.

My DH said I've seemed loads better this month but he said that means he get a double whammy of it next month!

Then I threw a plate at him... hehe just joking Wink
