spent last night in a&e

morning everyone, well last night was a total nightmare. woke up at 2am, having a panic attack and couldnt breath, left it as long as i could cope then mark took me to a&e, waited from 3am till 5.30am to be seen, they gave me diazipam to calm and relax me and sent me home. feel better but really tired

Oh I feel for you. My other half suffers with panic attacks and I know how scary they can be.

i have no idea what triggered it
am laying in bed but i have my niece so she is watching happy feet AGAIN and said 'its ok aunty kelly i'll look after u', bless her heart

well was back down a & e last night, phond my gp and he said are phoning 999 or shall i
they did an ecg and other various tests. they said my heart beats a little to quick but nothing else was found. have to rest as much as poss and go see my gp next week. mark has been a star, bless him, running round after me, not letting me do a thing and my mum is on he phone every 5 mins. at they care, bless them
