Current weight 13st 6.5 lbs. Lost 6.5 lbs in my first week at slimming world.

Joined in Sept last year and weighed in at 14st 5.5 - i was mortified. But after having a m/c i stopped going - however i am now just over a stone lighter and a dress size down! Very happy

Sunday 28th Jan

Mullerlight and Cuppa for Brekkie

Lunch: Crispy Bacon and fried egg, coked in fry light, in a wholemeal roll, Cuppa and fresh chopped pineapple, red and green grapes.

Dinner: Roast Lamb Shank, Carrot and Turnip mash, Leeks and gravy.

Snacks: Hifi Bar and Frozen Rhubarb Mullerlight for later tonight.

I'm working lates today so i have planned my day: GREEN DAY

Brekkie: Mullerlight Yoghurt

Lunch: Homemeade Potato Patties/Cakes, 2 Quorn Sausages and Baked Beans (healthy extras for milk and cheese in potato)

Dinner: Ainsley Harriott Spice Sensation Cous Cous, going to steal a bit of chicken from the kitchen at work! (healthy extra)

Hifi Bar as a snack (healthy extra).

Will drink iced water and fruit tea today - take some fruit to snack on!

Tuesday 30th Jan GREEN DAY

Brekkie: Omelette, little bit of bacon (he B)), mushrooms and 28g of cheese (he A). Cup of tea

Lunch: Batchelors Pasta and Sauce (milk as he A), followed by Mango!

Dinner: Baby New Potatoes, Herb Lettuce, Toms, Cucumber, Red Pepper, Kraft light Caesar Dressing (1 syn)
Snack: Mullerlight and hifi bar.

Oooh in case you want to try (as they were delish) my homemade patties that i slung together:

Left over mashed potato (mashed with semi skimmed milk and a little butter). Mixed with grated strong cheddar, roughly chopped onion, chopped chives, parsley and basil, seasoned with lots of black pepper and bound together with one whisked egg.

Baked in the oven (tin sprayed with fry light) until brown and piping hot! Very happy

Wednesday 31st Jan

Mullerlight for Brekkie

Lunch: Wholemeal roll with Slimming World Tikka Tuna Pouch and lettuce

Dinner (taking to work): Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber, 28g mature cheese, yellow pepper, steak strips cooked in spicy seasoning, light caesar salad dressing.

Fresh chopped mango in Mandarin Mullerlight

Choccy and Orange Hifi bar to snack on!

Ooh my salad and pud was yummy! Sat behind my desk all full now!

Haven't even ate my yummy hifi bar! Might save that and have it with a cuppa when i get in!

It's weigh in tomorrow night and i am really worried!

Although i have eaten well and followed the plan foodwise (apart from pizza one night last week)- i've maybe had a bit too much wine!

Celebrating my new job and being bought the odd glass or two really mounts up!

I haven't really used my syns for anything else - but as i didn't get weighed last Monday due to work - i'm just soooo worried!

My work skirt feels looser though - so who knows!
