Very happy I have just bought one of these (it was supposed to be £40 but the nice man in the chemist who I have known for years- he is a bit of a character sold me it for £10)

Its great, I have been keeping a close eye on Joseph's temp and he hasnt always wanted to be touched so this thermeter has been great, 4-6 seconds waving above the forehead and you have the temp! quick and simple for anyone to use.

That's a great idea - hygeinic too!! I love brilliant shopkeepers of little shops who give you random discounts - that's what's so great about small shops. In big chain stores you don't tend to get that kind of relationship with the staff.
