I have today
A banana
a baked pot today with a small tin of curry beans and a grating of cheese (pot and beans are free food, cheese a healthy extra9slimming world diet)
I had braised sausages and pots for tea and some veg(the saus were 2 healthy extras(as I had 4))
I have since had 2 slices of bread and a banana- bread is a syn(about 6syn points) and 2 fruit pastil ice lollies- 3 syns each(I am allowed 15 a day)
I just want FOOD today
