well i'm off in half an hour to give blood for the 1st time. wanted to do it for ages and now i am. wish me luck everyone

hapydazy good for you... it took me a long time to get up the courage and once I did it was't so bad. Makes you feel good after though well i feel like i have done something really good

I'm A- and been told it's not too common although not the rarest so I've been thinking about giving blood too.
givng blood is so rewardng, i would recommend to anyone that can give blood to do so
it went really well hun, thought i might faint coz i suffer with anxiety, but i was ok. so glad idid it

they do the pin prick test while your there for iron, then go on with the blood giving. u have to fill out a questionarre. you can book it all on line hunnie, go for it!!!
