Well, in my large amount of time I am home ( all the time due to depression ) I moderate this forum, supply the Audio story corner here and will be bringing back Retro Radio in the near future. It keeps me busy, and I also do my bit in looking after the apple of my eye ( what an odd saying ) David...I will be a SAHD, strange that sounds like Sad....yes, I will be a Stay at home Dad when Carly completes her college course and moves into full time employment. I will be focusing on starting a Video game/PC business from home when the time is right, as well as keeping the house in order...quite looking forward to it all to be honest. Smile

i am a SAHM of isaac - 8 and tallulah 17 mths. have been for the past 3 years and i absolutely love it. i wouldnt miss lulah walking in the room with her dad's shoes on or her learning to jump like a chimpanzee for anyone.

my wonderful husband works 9-5 during the week as an IT manager and he works thurs - sun in basildon's nightclub complex as a medic, not to mention the photography course he has been doing and his nights at st johns (so he can get his quals for medic job)we only get tuesday nights together.

we need to pay off our wedding that we had in feb so i wanted to contribute financially and also do something with my time at home with lulah so i have set up a party plan business and now it has a website www.semolinapilchard.co.uk selling funky kids clothes, instruments and toys.

I'm a SAHM who has recently converted into (hopefully) a WAHM. I have three little monkies who keep me firmly on my toes, never a dull moment in our house. My eldest boy is 6 years old and i have twins, Jake & Samantha who are 3.

I wanted to work part time but couldn't find a single job to fit around childcare and school times so I decided to set up my own gift basket and party bag business. www.giftmakers.co.uk I started locally and put leaflets around local schools and after a few orders I designed my own website ( a job in itself!!) and now sell via that. Am loving the independence it gives me.

Hi

I'm Stephanie. I'm a SAHM to g2.5 & b6mth and I love it.

In Sept '06 I set up a business suppling sensorial materials and resources to nuseries, childminders, parents etc... Hard work but lots of fun :o)

I've been approached by customers and friends who'd like to work with me/sell my products so i'm considering expanding to become a 'party plan' or MLM business.

All comments & suggestions welcome - could this work??

Stephanie
