Hey everyone, how are all the diets going, I had a great time in wales and did loads of walking,and I didnt go mad with the food either,kept it al pretty healthy with just a couple of treats. Well went for weigh in with nurse on wednesday and I am down another four pounds,BMI is down again and lost more off my waist so im really pleased.So hows things going with you lot out there,lets share our acheivements and boost those of us that are not doing so well. xx kel
