Alot of you may of heard about this on the news. Well I live in Redditch and about a minute away from where this did or did not happen.I really dont know what to believe ,this young boy is seen by a young girl being bundled into the boot of a red astra type car with tape on his mouth.Yet no young boy has been reported missing!Lets just prey that if a boy has been taken we find him soon! I know alot of us are a bit anxiouse about our kids at the moment and the streets seem unusually quite this evening. .Anyway my main part of this is to say how impressed I was with the new child safe emergancy reports that went out every fifteen minutes on local radio, and speedy news and internet coverage of the details which have been set up by west mercia police.I think this is such a great idea as it gets the details to so many more people so quickly and hopefully result in the release or find of so many children before it is to late. Please tell me what you think about the whole thing. I would lve to hear you thoughts.

It scares me to death, I was chased when I was a kid by a man, police involved and everything.I was eight. It worries me to have Josh out and about now maybe that is why I keep a very close rein on him and never let him play out the front, i would rarther play in the garden with him,Am I being to protective? This happened only about a minute away so a bit close to home for my liking!!

I think I'd be over protective if it was a minute away from me hun! Don't worry, you have you LO's interest in mind.

I remember a young girl was raped near to my mum and dads when I was 13. The police came round to the house and gave me strict instruction not to go anywhere without telling my parents or walking with someone. The police were worried that it was a local and he would strike again and I was at risk as I was the same age and it was a route I had said I often took to school and to see my friends! I was petrified for ages after that Sad Face
