Ok..this is gonna be like my weightwatchers meeting. If i know i have my weekly 'weigh-in' to work to it might help me keep going. Im also going to keep track of my smoking so i can try to cut that right back too.
Im only starting on a tuesday cuz i had to much chocolate leftover from my birthday yesterday! lol
MY TARGETS:
GOAL WEIGHT: 8ST 7LB
GOAL BMI: 21.1
GOAL SMOKING: LESS THAN 5 PER DAY
Ok so week 1:
Starting weight - 10st 6.5 lbs
BMI - 25.9
Cigarettes per day - 10
Points per day - 18
HERE GOES NOTHING!!! LOL
