Rubbing his Eyes

Freddie has been rubbing his eyes for the past few days over & over (1 eye in particular). he hasn't got any pus or redness inside the eye, but after all the rubbing the eyelids are all sore & red. Went to boots to get some golden eye but they said NO he's too young. anyone got any suggestions. am seeing Dr on monday for MMR jab, so will mention it then if no joy. thanks cathyx

well my son was doin the same thing but that was if he had a runny nose and he would rub it into his eyes so now hes got conjustavouse sorry cant spell it but hope u know what i mean lol and he always rubs his anyways anyways but i think thats just when hes tired.sorry i couldnt help xxx

Freddie has had conjunctivitus a couple of times, so i immediately thought it was that, but theres no other signs of it. It not tiredness (although i thought it was at first). Might just be his latest habit i guess. Will see what Dr says. Thanksx
