Weight update.

Hi there to all who vowed to work on a diet at the same time as me,I hope you are all doing well,I have lost just over half a stone now,which is good but cant help wishing I had lost more, the nurse is really pleased and says I have kept on target and lost just the right amount so far so I suppose I should just be gratful that I am losing. I am off to wales next week so hope to do alot of walking so hopefully on my return visit to the nurse I should of lost a few more pounds.Let me know how you are all getting on and maybe we can share a few secrets about what has worked or not worked for us, keep it up if your doing well and dont give up if you are dishartened, we can do it together and we all will acheive!!! hugs and kisses to you all xx Kel

well done hun thats so great, your doing well, i need the motivation to lose a little really! might start tomorro with more exercise and less food haha! Very happy

Hi Slice, you are doing really well, keep up the good work. I've also lost just under half a stone and feeling it already - need to add another notch to my belt!! Very happy

Really want to lose another stone but with the weather being like this it makes me feel depressed and want to eat more - am being good though Very happy

have fun in Wales, walking lots will be really good for you

Thanks guys, im really looking forward to being able to go and buy some clothes the next size down soon. Miaruby coe on bored and Join us,we will keep you motivated,it has taken me so many years to get motivated to do something but with all the help and support on here im really doing well.

i might just do that hun i might get myself a weight loss ticker back aswell that should help me stay motivated. diets starts tomorrow! haha Very happy

Well done and although you say you'd like to have lost more if you crash dieted and lost loads quickly you'd put it all back on so you're probably doing it the right way. AND muscle weighs more than fat so you'll still be loosing inches even if the scales don't always reflect it. Keep going girls Very happy
