Going back to the gym

Well I've not been to the gym for the past 6 months,I cancelled my membership when I felt really bogged down with stuff and lost my energy and motivation Sad Face
So I've decided it's time to get back to it. I'm not so tired now I'm not up in the night with my youngest Very happy I've lost weight since baby number 2 but now I need to tone up and I recon I could lose another half a stone at the gym which will probably perk me up too. Plus it's valuable 'me' time away from home and 'mummy' duties which I've been missing out on so I'm going for it Very happy
I've even changed my AVATOR to get motivated for the new me Cool

Good luck with the gym - I also cant afford to go but a new pilates class is starting up at the local school after half term so have enrolled on that instead.

Never done it before so no idea how I'll feel when I finish the class but, like you say, it is time away from the kids and other half and will do me just as much good Very happy

I signed up today, got the family package so DH can use facilities too-gym,pool,classes,sauna,etc and kids can swim and use soft play area. I also signed my step-sister up under our family package and bonus her primary school is part of some corporate thingy(not too sure Suspect ) but anyway it turns out we get a discount package. So instead of paying £82 a month for family membership it's only £66 a month. I know it sounds alot but we will use it.
I was good I actually used the gym today-getting off to a positive start Smile
