how often is your washer on ?
some times i give mine a rest and other days it can be on 4 times a day and th ewash basket never seems empty for long

I dont have a tumble dryer or a garden to dry anything in so my washer goes one when the washing has dried in the airer 
or when DF is going to MILs for work as he can take a load for the tumble dryer there!

Hayleyi use it once or twice a day but only coz its 7kg so i can fit alot in it 
lil_angelMines is a 7kg and it's still on maybe 3 or 4 times a day ~ I do have a tumble drier tho, which helps.

the same here and there is only 3 of us
Amy must have 5 changes of clothes a day and it seems more now she is potty training

Xanadu86I do about 3 or 4 loads a day, cant wait till summer I'm using so much electric with the dryer been on most of the day
Emmiei do 2 loads every other day. We are lucky to have a tumble dryer
