Has anybody else woken up during the night with a dead arm. Its happened to me quite frequently recently, I wake up and cant feel it and have to hold it with my other arm and jiggle it until I get feeling back.

It is such a horrible feeling. It used to happen occasionally but its more frequent now Suspect Guess I must be laying really awkwardly!!

Yeah I get it, but I seem to have bad circulation as I always have 'dead' something or pins and needles.

I dont have a specific suggestion, but if its causing you problems there are various vitamin/supplement type things to help inprove you circulation.

I keep wanting to say spinach, although I dont know why. Something in it that helps I think!

I get it less when my diet is better anyway.

That may link in with my diet actually in that case then. I have tried cutting out as much wheat and dairy as I can to get rid of my very bloated stomach!! That has worked but may have left me with my dead arm instead Sad Face

Im not sure it would be that, I think (although I may be wrong) that it has more to do with the nutrients and vitamin side of things, which wheat and dairy aren't really the source of for the most part.

If you went to a good chemist I'm sure they would be able to suggest something Smile
