Hi everybody
Have just been updating my website and it has been pointed out to me that in an older version of internet explorer it isnt showing correctly i.e you have to scroll right down the page to get to the writing.

www.cheekytotschildcare.co.uk

I would be grateful if you could take a look and let me know

a. if it works ok for you
b. if it doesnt work
c. which web browser you are viewing it from.

I have created it using windows vista and I would assume the latest internet explorer and have just downloaded firefox and is ok on that too.

This is getting me very frustrated now as dont know how to fix it if it is broke. I have emailed web support for the site I created it from but they may take a while to get back.

Thanks all
x

It works ok for me. I am using Vista so I guess I am probably using the same version of explorer as you.

Thanks ladies, so none of you are having to scroll right down past the links to get to the main part of the page?

Cant figure it out, it happens on my home PC too Crying

I guess if the majority of people can see it ok then it must be fine

- My blog
http://browsershots.org/website/http://www.chee...schildcare.co.uk/

Above link should show screenshots with various browsers once the service has processed my request (Should be less than 20 mins)

My first guess would be that you need to edit the width of your left menu - in http://www.cheekytotschildcare.co.uk/css/base.css change
Code:
#navColumn {
   float: left;
   width: 200px;
   padding: 0;
   margin: 0;
   margin-left:20px;
   text-align:center;

}

to
Code:
#navColumn {
   float: left;
   width: 180px;
   padding: 0;
   margin: 0;
   margin-left:20px;
   text-align:center;

}

and see if that makes a difference on your friends PC.
