Am I mad? 9-10 year age gap between kids.

Hi everyone,
I'm Kellie I'm 26 and I have an 8 year old son, for ages I thought I was done with having kids, I had a terrible pregnancy and delivery with my son. It was a horrible relationship and I ended up being a single parent for many years. When I met my now husband he also didn't want kids so we happily settled as a family of 3. Now the last few months we have been getting niggling feelings of wanting to have a baby. If i was to be lucky and get pregnant quickly we would be looking at there being at least 9 years between the kids. Am I crazy for wanting to do baby stuff all over again? Does anyone else have kids with big ages gaps that can offer tips or advice.

I think it's alright to want to share your love with another baby. Actually, big age gap between kids is a plus, because it would be much easier to explain an old kid your situation and motivate to help.
