My wife is giving me a silent treatment.

Since my wife got back after her vacation from a foreign place, she’s giving me a silent treatment. I don’t know what did I do on her to treat me this way. I have tried everything I could to gain her sweetness back but those didn’t work at all. I tried cooking her favorite food. I did the chores, as always, so she won’t have to worry about it when she gets home. I also sent her flowers at home and her workplace. Everything wasn’t working and I don’t how what to do anymore.

But she won't talk to me. I will ask her when she's ready to tell me why.

The only opportunity to find out the reason is to ask what's going on.

The only way to get rid of this silent treament is by trying to ask her what's wrong, reflect on yourself and think deeply about what happened maybe you said or did something that hurt her or made her mad. See us women, we pay attention to the details and we overthink. So the only way to ge over this treament is by finding out what's wrong and apologizing sincerely.

I agree, ask her why she is like that. If you know yourself that you did nothing wrong then maybe she has her own issue. The best way to know why is to ask but if she refuse to talk just give her time.
