Thin uterus lining and pregnant

I went to the dr. Wed said my huh levels were 387 and Friday they were 845, went yesterday for a ultra sound said my uterus lining was thin but he couldn't say I would miscarry has anyone had this problem and had a normal pregnancy I'm really worried I've had several miscarriages in the past and 2 tubal pregnancy
