Hi everyone, I apologise if this isn't allowed but I just wanted to let you all know about a site that has been hugely helpful to me.

I was having some mild problems with Millie's sleeping, she wasn't too bad at night although she normally woke once and expected feeding before she was going back to sleep. Daytimes were a real struggle, she wouldn't take proper naps and would only sleep in either the car or the pushchair.

To cut a long story short somebody recomended www.babysleepanswers.co.uk to me and with the help of this in two weeks Millie is now sleeping through from 7.30 till 7 every night and will nap happily in her cot during the day. The site basically allows you to download a book containing really good advice(also available as a hard copy)it costs £5 but when you download it you also get access to personalised support from the author. For me this was a lifeline as everytime we had a really bad night or didn't understand something there was always someone to help.

Again, sorry Rob if this is against the site rules, please take it off if it is but I was just so impressed with the results that I got that I wanted to share it.
Kerry

It's not spam and it's not self promotion, so it's ok with me!

Looks like a good product!

Wish i'd known about it a month ago as our second son has only just started sleeping through at 1yr old Sleep Came as a shock to us as eldest who is nearly 3 has been an angel sleeper, takes himself to bed at 7pm and as long as his brother doesn't wake him will sleep happily til 8am!
