I have decided to go on a 30-day belly fat loss program. I realized my stomach is getting flabby from inactivity. I started with crunches, planks, pull ups and push ups.
In May, I am going to go on a 30-Day squat challenge; I am aiming for a flat belly and well defined hips.
Has anyone of you gone on an exercise challenge before? Please share your experiences.
I've done the squat challenge before! You can get apps and stuff for your phone for certain ones. I find it helps me when I have a reminder flashing up to get me to do them!
I want to do a clean eating challenge too, to try and kick start some better eating habits and hopefully they'll continue on!
I've done planks but not consistently. It did work for me after a week. It's a 4 1-minute repetition. But it's also because my job is physically demanding as well so that plus planks really toned my abs. I also did Zumba during my entire vacation for about half a month. It's a little over an hour to do with ab exercises. So I also got rid of my love handles that time.
