House Cleaning Tips

Some of the things I've learned to make cleaning easier are:

Keep a toilet brush and toilet cleaner next to each toilet in the house. Maybe that's simple but I used to run around the house with one toilet brush and one bottle of cleaner to do all toilets!

Keep lysol wipes under the counter in each bathroom and the kitchen. This way too I just reach down and get a wipe, and clean all the surfaces quickly.

Tidy up (put away toys, dishes, etc.) before bed or before leaving the house. This one is harder to adhere to! But when we keep up with it the house always seems more livable and the messes not so overwhelming.

I usually set Wednesdays and Saturdays aside for my general cleaning and washing. This way, I don't get too overwhelmed with house chores.
