If you add a glass of Cranberry juice to your dinner (or right after dinner) your joints will start to get stronger.
my knees
god my knees are killing me! its this cold weather! last night i was in asda and i just cud not walk! i think im getting athritise in my knnes! i got it in my wrists and it is sooo painfull!! arhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
