Many women have difficulty knowing and understanding how ovulation works. The average ovulation occurs 14 days prior to the next menstrual period or approximately 2 weeks after your menstrual period. This tool is great for the average ovulation cycle and we help you become pregnant easier and sooner than if you didn't know when your ovulation was. This tool will do the calculation for you, however, it is best if you know your luteal phase, which is the number of days from your ovulation until your next period. This is usually 14 days.
