Sugarfree cakes/puddings

Encourage any age child to help you make sugarfree cakes, they will love getting messy and learn healthy options too. Use a normal sponge cake recipe but swap the sugar for a sweetener dissolved in a little warm milk. Then add any type of fruit ie sliced pears or apples. bananas are good, raisins etc. Bake at a slightly lower temp until cooked and has a bread pudding consistancy that cut in fingers is great for munching or school lunches. The sweetness of the cake comes from only the fruit.
