This is great for pregnant mums who:
Are nauseous or
Are snacking a lot or
Are feeling the heat!
Freeze a bag of washed grapes! or chunks of prepared fruit.. they are cooling, healthy and i found if i couldnt face other food i was snacking on those constantly!
Bear in mind after birth you shouldnt eat grapes as they give your baby the squits.. so eat them before baby arrives!
The other thing i got through quick was frozen cubes of cranberry juice!
