A question about my wife's cycle

Hi there. My wife and I don't have any kids, and we are not yet ready to parent. However, her period is now 12 days late.

Normally, she has quite sporadic periods, however they have never been more than 4 days late. Is this indicative of a pregnancy? What would be a time where we begin to consider that she could be pregnant?

We're attempting to find pregnancy tests, but based on my location, this is nearly impossible. So I was wondering if any of you could give me some advice until my order arrives.

You should wait around 10 days after ovulation before you take a test, then a couple of day intervals before another, if she still has negative results and no period she would then need a blood test to rule of pregnancy/an underlying condition.
