just a quickie at work im contracted to 20hrs a week - the days i do will change depdning on how work need me but they are usually and 99.99% of the time:
Mon - full day
Tue - full day
Wed - half day (PM)
i want to swap my wed from a PM to an AM so i can pick my daugther up from school but whenever i ask at work im told no they need me in the afternoon.
should i put it in writing? when i do the pm shift by time i leavce at pm there is only ever 3/4 children left with plenty of staff to be in ratio so they cant really say im needed for ratio surly they can just put a full tiem member of staff on a later shift to cover the end of the day?!
