I have a resolution which will be on-going, to get this house sorted. Basically when we moved in a few months ago with the 3 children (one of which a new baby) and then loosing my grandad the tiredness and stress haven't left me with much time or energy to do the house. But basically the whole place needs doing-decorating, new curtains, still got packed boxes etc. So a work in progress but I must get it sorted!
Also my exercise and fitness. I used to exercise purely for how I wanted to look, but now I'm actually finding exercise eases my depression/stress levels and makes me feel positive so keeping up with that. In november I started Boxercise which I am enjoying and then I go to the gym once a week too so minimum of 2 exercise sessions (3 if I can fit them in) is a resolution for me.
