How do discurage your child from fiddling with cables!

Hi all,
Our little son has decided it is fun to grab at power cables and even tries to chew them!

What's the best way to deal with this? (as saying "no" just makes him want to do it more!)

is there not some kind of tubing you can get to keep all the cables together and then your son can get to the actual cables?? if you know what am saying....
