Something funny in the store...

Not sure where to post this... its funny now, but was soooo embarrassing yesterday. Mark, Kelsey, and I were shopping for some things for baby. Anyway, Kel blurted out in her screechy toddler voice "Mama go poo on potty". She has been obssessed with watching and knowing that Mama is using the potty to go poop. Well, she completely shocked me and my face turned beet red... I don't know what possessed her to say that THEN in the store. I was horrified! Of course my husband thought it was funny!
Anyway, it is funny now... my little princess so smart so funny. gotta love this age.

Sorry but I also LOL at this. And your right this age is so amazing. My EJ is on day 7 of his potty training and today was th ebest day so far he only wet his big-boy pants once. Even managed to go number 2 on the potty. Is Kelsey potty training?

Kel is VERY interested when I go to the potty and she will go get her little potty and sit on it and read... LOL. Sometimes she will even manage to pee... but i believe at this point it is by accident because she doesn't even realize she did it until I point it out to her and show her what is in HER potty and THEN she gets sooooo happy and claps and dances. So we are getting close in the interest department. And she definately knows when I go poop... that is like one of her favorite words right now! She insists on seeing and flushing the toilet for me... such the helper. She does let us know when she has a dirty diaper... that is a new thing too.

Yeah Kelsey on the dirty diaper side. Not long to go until she is ready to potty train. EJ has had 2 bad days with the potty but yesterday he became very grizzly and grumpy and had a right fever. Noticed to night while doing his teeth that he has one of his second molars finally coming through which explains everything for the past 2 days. 1 down 3 to go and then he has all his teeth finally.

Oh yes, my sweet girl is just starting her 2 yr molars... she is inconsolable at times, won't eat sometimes, runs a temp somtimes... but nothing popping in yet. I feel bad for her

kids are sometimes very funny.
once i was lying on the bed as i had a severe stomach ache.
my son asked his dad that what has happened to me.
my DH replied that your mama has got a baby in her stomach so it is aching.
then once my DS had a colic pain i took him to the doctor.
doctor asked him what has happened.
he replied...I have a baby in my stomach so it is aching.
