ok well im only in day 16 of my cycle and for the past 5 days i have had really tender breasts and my nipples are painfully sensitive i also have a really tender stomach and cramping im also full of wind.
is it way to early to even have the thought that i might be pregnant??

no i havent only stopped taking pill for 2 months

Then it could be withdrawal from the pill, the majority of women take 6 months to ovulate after stopping the pill, but of course, some ovulate the first month.
