hi everyone!
this one is for a friend.
ok here goes....friend was stopped from seeing hs son 4 months ago, to try and make the mother change her mind his whole family also stopped seeing littlen (she relied on them alot). his sister has been going to see littlen wothout father knowing and has found out that the mother has made arrangments for littlen to go to her other kids dad and his wife if anything ever happened to her, dad does have P/R. hes really upset that his sister has done this behind his back and hasn't told him about the arrangements made.
he is he process of legal procedings to see hs son by the way.
just wanted some opinions on this please.

He would have parental rights over the other fellow im afraid even if thats what the mum has deciede as its his biological child!

I agree that he would have parental rights over the other person. What is the reason that his ex-partner has given for not letting him see his son??

I think I would also be upset if a member of my family had gone behind my back like that - but I'm afraid that's what can happen in families.

I hope your friend can manage to sort this out the legal way though hope it wont come to that.

the reason the mother has stoppe contact is coz he wont do what she wants as in, babysitting her other kids and also oz he tld her she waswrong coz she changed the contact arrangement 8 times in 7 months to suit her social life so she said i will do as i like hes my child, u were just a sperm donation, i'm his world u barely feature......nice!!!!

oh dear, she sounds like a right one. It does sound like the legal route might be the only way to go in this case ... not sure there can be any compromise.
