par boil some lasange sheets in water- about 4-5 minutes (I salt my water)
Then cut them up into crips size, spray the tray with fry light, put on pasta squares, spray agin, bung in the oven, you have to wacth them because they go from ready to burn in a blink.
when they are ready put salt, or BBQ seasoning on them (or anything else you want) eat and enjoy. they also stay crispy afterwards
