Anyone tried it? Confused

I'm going to Portugal in May and want to drop a quick size. I'm not exactly fat, but I still have a few pounds to lose thanks to having two kids two years in a row!

Also, what are the easiest excercises you know of for the abdomen and boobs. I swear, I seriously need to get in gear for the beach!

I know this sounds really silly but Skipping is fantastic for weight loss, toning up arms especially.

Personally i do not see the point of diets such as Kellogs drop a dress size, slimfast etc, as when you start to eat again it will pile on twice as fast.

How much are you wanting to lose? Just wondering whether you'd be better off learning the basics of something like Slimming World or Weigh Watchers and chanding some eating habits, to drop a dress size. Might help keep the weight of longer??

i lost nealry two stone with SW just before my hols to Rhodes last June, i ate some fantastic foods, never got bored or hungry and only gained 3lbs on holiday (and i was drining wine, ouzo and cocktails, eating greek salads, greek yoghurt and lots of feta cheese Very Happy ).

I've not followed the plan, or eaten fantastic during my pg but have still only gained 10lbs since falling pg...

Just a thought.

Normally, I'd agree with you about putting weight back on after starting eat normally, but my diet has to change all-together. I used to eat nothing but salad, yghurt, cereal and breakfast bars but I'm more about the apple-crumbles these days! LOL I'm going back to my goody-two shows old ways if the kellogs thing pays off!

I just need a fast initial weight loss to spur me on.

Yes skipping is a brilliant exercise for the whole body.

I love Special K!! But I do agree that to go on these sort of diets amounts to a starvation diet and slows downyour metabolism ultimately and when you start eating normally again you can gain weight.

Try cyling!! lots of fun
