This morning DP went to get a Sunday paper and brought me a Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin for Brekkie
Then i had about 7 Dark Choccy Hob Nobs while sat at pc
At 2pm we nipped to Morrisons and i had 2 Racks of minted Lamb Ribs from the hot counter for lunch (well i didn't eat all of it - Samson, Jenny and Jasper helped)
Straight after that i had a cheese scone with butter
Then at about 6pm i had a 1/4 of a big bar of Dairy milk fruit and nut..
Not a vegetable, or peice of fruit in sight. (so not like me)
Okay so i did have two glasses of clementine juice and i've had milk in Earl Grey but i feel sooooooooo bad!
So i am planning my eating for tomorrow
2 Weetabix with milk, an orange and a cup of earl grey tea.
Mid Morning - Grapes
Lunch: Beans or Egg on wholemeal toast, followed by fruit salad (fresh mango, pineapple and kiwi) and a yoghurt
Dinner: Pasta, Pesto, Broccoli and Peppers with some grated cheese
Supper: Cheese scone and a little butter (must have something bad??)
