Well done Thumbs Up Last week my total was 10lbs in the 3 weeks since School went back, not sure how tonights will go, I have AF and feeling really bloated

1 1/2 on but it is mostly fluid (I think!!)

hello again Very Happy

last week i only lost half a pound and was really gutted but i stuck with it and i lost 4 1/2lbs this week Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

i got my half stone award and have now lost 10lbs Clapping Clapping Clapping

Just wanted to say well done Stace and keep it up!

I love SW and will be re-joining after bumps arrival! Very Happy

Although not sure that's a great idea as everytime i lose two stone i seem to fall pg Scared . Ha haaaa

One thing i do find that works is if you have a slow weightloss or gain one week, is to eat speed or super speed fods the following week (ie honeydew melon etc etc).
