Had my last day at work

and it felt so strange! I didn't get teary - but had so many people coming to hug and kiss me goodbye! Got some lovely comments in my card and some gorgeous pressies! I really was spoilt.

They bought me

I love my bear moses basket and rocking stand
Bath, top and tail bowl,hooded towels, sponge, cotton wool shampoo, baby bath, napy bags (they found a list of things left to buy -LOL)
A newborn outfit which were Jeans, Hooded grey and blue striped top that is gorgeous, some lovely booties, and a hat.
And £30 of shopping vouchers...

I really was sooo surprised....

My fave comment in my card was from our Golf Director and it said

Hope you have as much fun with him as you did making him!!

Haaa haaaaaa

What am i going to do now with all my spare time?

Wow lovely pressies then; and you'll finally get to slow down abit (ok maybe not with the move but you know what I mean). I would sit back, put my feet up and catch a few zzzzz of an afternoon if I were you.

As for what to do with your time, i would say packing and moving will take up a fair bit, but other than that, a few nice leisurely strolls, some afternoon naps and lots of chatting on JP or if you really get stuck.......feel free to come and do my housework etc! LOL I really hope you have a fab little break before your little darling arrives to keep you super busy! Xx

I intend to rest lots! I'm leaving the packing mostly to DP too

Mark has alot of work on over the next two weeks aswell, some of which he'll be working away.

But i'm looking forward to catching lot's of zzzz's, watching a bit of naff daytime tv and maybe a little reading - when i'm not on here of course..

What lovely people you work with, they are fab gifts to get

I know i really think they were brilliant - especially Becky who went to the trouble of making sure she got baby things she knew i had left to get! I'm missing em loads - although they are keeping in touch via texts and facebook!

I work in a large hotel and people from all sorts of departments asked if they could put in to any collection the girls were doing which i think is very sweet and kind. I've been there two years and made good friends and colleagues. I really will miss the place - but cannot wait to take in baby!
