LOL(thats the only time i can understand it)i hope i dont offend.
Hey Elle "g'day" do us Aussies really have an accent "mate"??
LOL
I always laugh when we get mimicked in movies etc as they make us sound english (not that i mind)
LOL.
We had dinner a couple of weeks ago with the girl who's place I've taken at work and her boyfriend who is Australian (and now happens to be her husband

great story, I'll post about it later).... He responded to Aaralyn a few times with a very Australian accented "no worries mate", so that's now Aaralyn's new favorate phase. She was fascinated to have met someone in person who talks like the Wiggles
LOL!!
And Owen, I wish I could change your impression of Americans with my great spelling skillz, but they aren't so grate sumtyms

I do have to agree though, I do not know many American men who can spell well, but we're not all ignorant and annoying I hope

... We have to get you around some of the right Americans
Some examples:
You say color we correctly say colour
Recognize should be recognise (lots of other z's instead of s's)
Center should be centre
Pants are trousers (pants are worn under trousers)
And don't ever say fanny pack to somebody over here, its a bum bag.
Station wagon is an estate car. Why even call it a wagon, they were pulled by horses.
Sorry I'll stop there.
It's not one individual its what you've done to the English language itself. But why should I care, I'm Welsh!
