I want simple and different recipes

that I can bake with Joseph.

I though as we finish school on the 19th December I would do some baking for Christmas with him but I want to make different things, not flapjacks, or crispies and marshmallows with a smartie on top!!

Anyone got any good, simple recipes they want to share.

Being the festive season, mince pies. Nice and simple!

you can get in sainsburys cheap bun mixes for about 50p add an egg and some water

How about a chocolate yule log, short bread, peppermint creams or chocolate truffles. I made angel shaped short bread at the weekend and I'm going to make peppermint creams-nice and easy and I love them!!

Buns are nice and easy, and you can decorate them too which mine find fun

I just do 4oz flour, 4oz caster sugar, 4oz marg and two eggs. Nice and simple ingredients!
