Schools!

Well, I'm moving area, (Back to where we use to live) and phoned the school my son was previously at, unfortunately they had no spaces for his year left.

So, I tried another local school and they did, but when I mentioned he has Asperger's they said, hang on a minute - I'll have to ask the Head if that's acceptable for this school!

I thought all special needs kids are put in mainstream now and they are not allowed to be discriminated?

If they say no you give them hell!

My hubby is furious!

Anyway, they said yes but now I'm not sure if I want my son in a school like that! Going to view the school after Easter, then decide.
