Oh I agree. Parenting is bloody hard work even when there are two of you, let alone doing it by yourself.

Hi Emma and Annmarie I'm Ellee and I live in Burnham and I have a 9 month old daughter.

I also found the same with baby groups I been going for about 4 months to the group and found that I had to slowly break my way into the group(Izzy normally does that for me lol by going off and playing with other kids and then the mums chat you).

I also havent been coming on here long maybe 2 months but I have found everyone is really friendly and will give you advice and a chat a few of us are all on myspace so we are all on each others profiles in there and there is a thread going where people are putting there myspace addresses into and we link from that.

Hi amms1 and emmalouise. I'm in Taunton. My dd was 2 at the beginning of May. Have you tried going onto Netmums and putting your name on the meetamum list? I've met some really nice mums through that site. Sorry for mentioning Netmums again admin!!!!!! I do advertise this site too.!!!
