Slimming World Diet

I tried slimming world but couldnt get into it. I joined weightwatchers lastnight and it seems to be ok so far.

I'm doing it!

My first weigh in last week and i've lost 6.5lbs!

I started last Sept but had a m/c and lost my way - however i weighed 14st 5.5lbs at my first weigh in then and i know weigh 13st 6.5 and have gone down a dress size!

I know the plan quite well - as have done it before. Before i fel pg with dd and lost 2.5 stone!

If you need any tips let me know! I'm having to miss my weigh in this week thanks to work! Grrr

I am doing slimming world and in 6 weeks I have lost a total of 10lbs(it was 12 but I have had a bad fortnight and put on 2) But I have lost inches around my tummy as well, Im a size smaller already and the belt I wear with my jeans is 4 inches tighter!!

I did slimming world and lost 12lbs in 3 weeks and then stuck for 2 weeks! Am now doing low fat but need some good recipes, anyone help?
