they stopped my child tax credit on the 15th jan - bearing in mind we are low income and the amount we get is a big part of what we live on. - they stopped it because instead of just adding my husband to my sole claim they had to cancel it and starrt a new one.
Whever i call them it is 'pending' but they point blank refuse to give me any kind of timescale.
