i think ds has hay fever.
ive been off work for a while but every time i go bk to work ds comes home and his eyes are red and sticky - i know its not conjunctivitus (had many dealings of it with dd which ended up in an op to clear her tear ducts) as when i clean it it doesnt come back until the next day - also hes really itching his head and full of snot and sneezing loads for a while afterwards - and we dont have a garden and the only time all this happens is after hes been to nursery where they take them outside to play - do u think it could be hay fever?

sounds like it Vicky.

I am suffering really badly this year with it. I hoped to get a break when I was in London Rolling Eyes as the pollen count is always alot higher up here but it was just as bad down there.

Poor Thomas Hug lots of piriton

I get it, I get tickly eyes and my sinuses feel blocked giving me a dopey feeling. Some days are worse than others. I never got it as a kid it only started a few years ago. I was told once that if you put a dab of Vaseline at the corners of your eyes and under your nostrils the pollen sticks to it so it doesn't go up your nose or in your eyes. It helps alittle!

Aaralyn seems to be suffering from it more this year than ever before too... but then again she always had a cold or some virus the previous years so she could have been suffering from pollen allergies too.

I've never heard the vaseline idea I don't think but that sounds good, it makes sense!

Hopefully little Thomas will get over it soon Hug
