my poor arm is all bruised

i gave blood last night and ive been told i have very deep veins so they always have trouble finding one. last night the nurse found it really quick (my donating never runs smoothly lol) after about 2 mins they say its flowing very slow, so the nurse has to move the needle my poor arm is now purple and quite sore
