I did my Race for Life run!!!!

I've managed it wahey

Me and my sil both managed to run pretty much all of it too (5KM)

We kept having to slow down and walk in some parts because people were stopping infront of us and we were stuck in 'traffic jams' lol but we managed to finish in just over 1/2 an hr. We are both really proud of ourselves - we've got our medals and we got a bit emotional at the end

It absolutely chucked it down too lol, so we got soaked to the skin, but I got home and had a nice hot bath

Well done. I did it in 2005 with my friend as her mum was fighting cancer and sadly died in 2006. It was a highly emotive day and there were so many people there running for friends and loved ones. Good on you

Ooh my feet hurt now lol. My ankle is a bit swollen, but so worth it
